The General Santos City Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc. (GSCCCII) has once again solidified its reputation as a powerhouse in regional business development. It earned the 2025 Most Outstanding Chamber in Mindanao – City Level (Large Chamber Category) during the 51st Philippine Business Conference & Expo (PBC&E) held at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City.
This marks GSCCCII’s seventh win of the prestigious Most Outstanding Chamber Award (MOCA) and its second consecutive year receiving top honors in Mindanao. The Chamber previously won in 1998, 2000, 2001, 2006, 2007, and 2024.
“Behind this milestone are countless entrepreneurs who daily commit to the city’s growth—turning ideas into opportunity, jobs into thriving livelihoods, and challenges into catalysts for progress,” said GSCCCII President Miguel Rene Dominguez.
“Their courage fuels a brighter future for GenSan and demonstrates what is possible when the private sector and city government stand united.”
Dominguez expressed deep gratitude to the award committee, fellow chamber members, and partners in government and industry. He emphasized that the recognition strengthens their resolve to drive innovation, elevate business standards, and champion inclusive growth in General Santos City.
Also recognized in Region 12 was the Greater Midsayap Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc., which received the Most Outstanding Chamber in Mindanao–Province Level (Small Chamber Category), highlighting the region’s growing influence in national business leadership.
